Maison Gaspard GK is a Japanese real estate company acquiring and holding income-generating properties for its own long-term account. We welcome the following partnerships and inquiries.

For real estate agents and property owners

We welcome property information from licensed real estate professionals and property owners.

We are actively looking to acquire entire residential buildings in Saitama Prefecture and northwest Tokyo, with a typical budget of JPY 25–50 million. We are the direct buyer.

For lenders and financial institutions

Maison Gaspard GK operates as a Japanese legal entity and acquires income-generating real estate in cash, without loans at the time of purchase.

We maintain a conservative capital structure and may seek secured financing on acquired properties after closing. We are open to discussions with lenders regarding such financing arrangements. We work with professional advisers across accounting, tax and legal matters, and required company and transaction documents can be provided on request.

For rental and sublease operators

For properties where stable long-term occupancy is a priority, we are open to discussing rental management, master lease or sublease arrangements with qualified operators.
